Jason Greever elected to KAAP Executive Board of Directors

We are excited to announce that Jason Greever, Vice President of Treatment Services, was elected to serve as Secretary on the Kansas Association of Addiction Professionals (KAAP) Executive Board of Directors. KAAP is the state's largest addiction services trade association. Their mission is to serve members with advocacy and support to achieve excellence in addiction treatment and prevention. KAAP supports professionals in social welfare, criminal justice, physical and mental health care, and other disciplines are acquiring the training and licensure to work more effectively with individuals experiencing a substance use disorder. In 2011, KAAP played an instrumental role in the passage of the Addiction Counselor Licensure Act in Kansas to phase out counselor certification and help provide treatment services to more people.

 

Jason has worked as a dedicated member of Mirror, Inc since 2012 when he started as an Addiction Counselor at our Topeka Residential facility. Over the years, he has worked in a number of clinical and administrative roles leading to his position now as Vice President of Treatment Services.
