He is a medical doctor and an ophthalmologist who has completed fellowship training in both retinal diseases and low vision rehabilitation. Dr. Fletcher also has a passion for addiction medicine, which he found later on in his career. In March of 2020, Dr. Fletcher joined the Mirror, Inc. team as a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) provider. In this role, Dr. Fletcher works collaboratively with patients to attain and sustain recovery from mind-altering substances. Dr. Fletcher often works with Opioid Use Disorders, providing Buprenorphine (Suboxone) treatment, but also works with Alcohol Use Disorders, Stimulant Use Disorders, and more.
