Mirror Announces Nick Casarona as Vice President of Treatment Operations
Topeka, KS – Mirror is pleased to announce the promotion of Nick Casarona to Vice President of Treatment Operations. Casarona joined the organization in 2023 as Program Director over Mirror’s Topeka Residential and Outpatient facilities. While overseeing Topeka, he expanded Mirror’s treatment services back into Lawrence, strengthened peer support projects, and established Mirror’s first Alumni Association.
Bringing with him an extensive background in addiction and recovery services as well as operational management, Casarona was promoted to Director of Treatment Services in 2024 and then to Director of Treatment Operations in 2025. Through his leadership at Mirror, Nick has played a vital role in expanding access to care within the Shawnee County Jail by helping to develop peer support programming, advancing the Honors Module program for both male and female clients, and continuing to support the Intersection to Care program. In his new role as Vice President, he will oversee Mirror’s treatment programs throughout the state.
