Mirror pays 85% of a single group health insurance policy through Blue Cross and Blue Shield Insurance Company for all full-time employees. The agency's health insurance coverage offers major medical, prescription and dental rider coverage. Life and long-term disability insurance is paid for all full-time employees with coverage limits commensurate to annual salary of the employee.
